DEFENDANT: Kevin Cogill, dork
PROSECUTION: Guns n' Roses, Irrelevant 'band'
THE CASE: Cogill streamed the super-secret songs from 'Chinese Democracy', an album only twelve people give a half a shit about, on his blog, giving this crappy washed up band more attention than they could ever garner by actually releasing their stupid album of stupid music.  He also made Slash, a total asshole, cry.
Wake up, jerk offs. He was streaming the music, not selling it, and not providing it for download.  G(eritol) n' R(ogaine) should PAY this schlep for giving them pub. Now maybe they'll sell more than twelve copies of their new 1988 release.
Damn, you people want to go to jail, don't you, because you sure think every (expletive) thing should be illegal.
VERDICT:  Guilty, of caring what the hell G n' R is doing.
